This Refund Policy applies to paid "Premium" subscriptions purchased on sinced ("the Service"), operated by Abdullah Gültepe, an individual based in Sweden. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
All payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record (reseller) for all purchases. Paddle handles billing, payment, applicable taxes, invoicing, and refunds. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms.
New accounts may receive a time-limited free trial of Premium features. No payment is taken during the trial, so there is nothing to refund for the trial period. You are only charged if you choose to subscribe.
Premium is available on a monthly or yearly basis and renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your profile or via the Paddle receipt link. After cancelling, you keep Premium access until the end of the period you have already paid for; it is not renewed afterwards.
As Premium is a digital service that you can access immediately, all sales are generally final and subscription fees are non-refundable, except:

Please include the email address used for the purchase and your Paddle order/receipt reference so we can locate the transaction. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your provider.
